Almond, walnut and cacao energy balls

Ingredients

20-25 balls

150g almonds 

50g walnuts 

1 tbsp chia seeds

16 Medjool dates (pitted)

4 tbsp raw cacao powder

3 tbsp almond butter (blanched works better, and peanut could also work)

2 heaped tbsp coconut oil (unmelted)

Method

Place the almonds and walnuts in a food processor and pulse until nicely crushed. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse again until fully mixed into a paste. Roll into balls (I like to make different sizes depending if I’m having one for breakfast or as a snack). Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
